All commercial transactions, negotiations, contracts, payments, and deliveries occur directly between buyers and suppliers, independent of our Platform. VendingCore has no involvement in, control over, or responsibility for any aspect of these transactions.

3. User Registration and Account

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Represent a legitimate business entity (for supplier accounts)
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account use

4. Platform Services

4.1 For Suppliers

Suppliers may use our Platform to:

• Create a company profile and showcase products
• Upload product images, specifications, and descriptions
• Receive and respond to buyer inquiries
• Update product listings and company information

4.2 For Buyers

Buyers may use our Platform to:

• Browse supplier profiles and product listings
• Search and filter products by category, specifications, etc.
• Submit inquiries to suppliers
• Save favorite suppliers and products

4.3 Inquiry System

Our Platform facilitates initial contact through an inquiry system. When a buyer submits an inquiry:

• The inquiry is forwarded to the supplier's registered email
• The supplier's contact information may be shared with the buyer
• All subsequent communication occurs directly between parties
• VendingCore is not involved in any follow-up discussions or negotiations

4.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Content Accuracy

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all content they post, including:

• Product descriptions and specifications
• Pricing information
• Company information and credentials
• Images and multimedia content

5.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Export control and trade sanctions laws
• Consumer protection laws
• Intellectual property laws
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Anti-fraud and anti-money laundering regulations

6.5 Consequences

• Removal of content
• Legal action
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of VendingCore or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. However, by posting content, you grant VendingCore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

7.3 Trademark Usage

VendingCore's trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without our prior written consent. All other trademarks appearing on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

• The ability of suppliers to fulfill orders
• The financial stability of any user

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Liability for Transactions

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendingCore's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid to VendingCore in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• $100 USD

VendingCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Your transactions with other users
• Content you post on the Platform

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature (if available)

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

VendingCore shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
