How to register as a supplier?

Registering as a supplier is very simple, just follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Select "Supplier Account" type
  3. Fill in basic company information (company name, contact information, business type, etc.)
  4. Upload business license and other qualification documents
  5. Submit for review, we will complete the review within 1-3 business days

Note: After approval, you can start publishing products and receiving inquiries.

How to publish products?

Steps to publish a product:

  1. Log in to your supplier account
  2. Go to "Dashboard" → "My Products"
  3. Click the "Publish New Product" button
  4. Fill in product information (name, description, specifications, images, etc.)
  5. Select product category
  6. Click "Publish" to complete

Tip: The more detailed the product information and clearer the images, the easier it is to get buyer inquiries.

How to manage inquiries?

Ways to manage inquiries:

  • Email Notification: When you receive a new inquiry, the system will automatically send an email to your registered email address
  • Dashboard: After logging in, go to "Dashboard" → "Inquiry Management" to view all inquiries
  • Quick Reply: You can directly use the contact information (email, phone) left by the buyer to communicate

Suggestion: Timely response to inquiries can greatly increase the chance of closing a deal, it is recommended to reply within 24 hours.

How to search for products?

We provide multiple search methods:

  • Keyword Search: Enter product name or keywords in the search box on the homepage
  • Category Browsing: Browse different types of vending machines through the product category menu
  • Filter Function: Use filter conditions such as price, region, supplier to find precisely
  • Supplier Homepage: Visit the supplier's homepage to view all their products

Tip: Using specific product model or specifications to search can help you find the target product faster.

How to submit an inquiry?

Submitting an inquiry is very simple:

  1. Find the "Inquire Now" button on the product details page
  2. Fill in the inquiry form (name, email, phone, message)
  3. Describe your requirements in detail (quantity, specifications, delivery time, etc.)
  4. Click "Submit Inquiry"

Note: No registration required to submit an inquiry. The supplier will contact you directly through the contact information you provided.

How to contact suppliers after inquiry?

After submitting an inquiry:

  • Wait for Reply: The supplier will contact you through the email or phone you provided
  • Proactive Contact: You can also find their contact information on the supplier's homepage to communicate proactively
  • Direct Communication: All subsequent communication takes place outside the platform, you can contact via email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.

Tip: It is recommended to save the supplier's contact information for easy follow-up.

  1. Buyer Submits Inquiry: Fill in the inquiry form on the product page
  2. System Forwards: Inquiry information is automatically sent to the supplier's email
  3. Supplier Replies: Supplier contacts the buyer via email or phone
  4. Direct Communication: Both parties conduct detailed communication outside the platform
  5. Complete Transaction: Both parties negotiate price, contract, payment, logistics, etc. on their own

Suggestions for suppliers to improve response rate:

  • Timely Reply: Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
  • Professional Attitude: Use professional and polite language
  • Detailed Quotation: Provide clear product specifications and pricing information
  • Proactive Communication: Ask about the buyer's specific needs and budget
  • Stay in Touch: Follow up regularly, but don't over-disturb

Suggestions for buyers to improve getting replies:

  • Detailed Description: Clearly state requirements, quantity, specifications
  • Provide Accurate Contact: Ensure email and phone are correct
  • Show Sincerity: Explain purchasing plan and timeline

Does the platform participate in transactions?

VendingCore does not participate in any transaction process. We are only an information display and inquiry platform.

We do not provide:

  • ❌ Contract signing services
  • ❌ After-sales service guarantee

All transaction details (price, contract, payment, logistics, etc.) are negotiated and handled by both buyers and sellers on their own.

  • ✓ Keep all transaction records

How to modify personal information?

Steps to modify personal information:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the avatar in the upper right corner and enter "Dashboard"
  3. Select "Personal Information" or "Company Information"
  4. Modify the information that needs to be updated
  5. Click "Save Changes"

Note: Suppliers modifying key information such as company name may require re-review.

How to change password?

Steps to change password:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Dashboard" → "Account Settings"
  3. Find the "Change Password" option
  4. Enter current password
  5. Enter new password (at least 8 characters, including letters and numbers)
  6. Confirm new password
  7. Click "Update Password"

Security Tip: It is recommended to change your password regularly, use a strong password, and do not use the same password as other websites.

What if I forget my password?

Steps to recover password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Click "Send Reset Link"
  4. Check your email (including spam folder)
  5. Click the reset link in the email
  6. Set a new password

Note: The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, please contact customer service.
