2. Click the "Apply Now" button
3. Fill in your company information (company name, website, contact name & email, main product type, company introduction, main products, logo)
4. Choose a package (Free Listing / Standard / Premium)
5. Submit your application

Note: Our team reviews applications within 1-3 business days and will notify you by email. Once approved, your company will be listed on the supplier ranking.

We offer three packages for suppliers:

• Free Listing ($0): Free application, listed in the verified supplier pool with a company profile card
• Standard ($399/year): Everything in Free, plus a "Verified" badge, full contact details shown (email & phone), and a full profile with gallery and detailed description
• Premium ($999/year): Everything in Standard, plus a "Sponsored" featured slot on the ranking page, maximum exposure across the site, and dedicated support

Tip: Not sure which one fits? Start with Free Listing — you can upgrade to a paid package at any time.

How buyer inquiries reach you:

• Email Delivery: When a buyer submits an inquiry from a product page or your supplier page, the system forwards it to the contact email you provided in your application
• No Dashboard Needed: You can manage everything from your email inbox
• Direct Communication: Reply to the buyer using the contact information they left in the inquiry

Suggestion: Responding within 24 hours greatly increases the chance of closing a deal. Keep your contact email up to date.

We provide multiple search methods:

• Keyword Search: Enter product name or keywords in the search box on the homepage
• Category Browsing: Browse different types of vending machines through the product category menu
• Filter Function: Use filter conditions such as price, region, supplier to find precisely
• Supplier Homepage: Visit the supplier's homepage to view all their products

Tip: Using specific product model or specifications to search can help you find the target product faster.

Submitting an inquiry is very simple:

1. Find the "Inquire Now" button on the product details page
2. Fill in the inquiry form (name, email, phone, message)
3. Describe your requirements in detail (quantity, specifications, delivery time, etc.)
4. Click "Submit Inquiry"

Note: No registration required to submit an inquiry. The supplier will contact you directly through the contact information you provided.

After submitting an inquiry:

• Wait for Reply: The supplier will contact you through the email or phone you provided
• Proactive Contact: You can also find their contact information on the supplier's homepage to communicate proactively
• Direct Communication: All subsequent communication takes place outside the platform, you can contact via email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.

Tip: It is recommended to save the supplier's contact information for easy follow-up.

Complete inquiry process:

1. Buyer Submits Inquiry: Fill in the inquiry form on the product page
2. System Forwards: Inquiry information is automatically sent to the supplier's email
3. Supplier Replies: Supplier contacts the buyer via email or phone
4. Direct Communication: Both parties conduct detailed communication outside the platform
5. Complete Transaction: Both parties negotiate price, contract, payment, logistics, etc. on their own

Important: VendingCore only provides information display and inquiry services, and does not participate in any transaction process.

Suggestions for suppliers to improve response rate:

• Timely Reply: Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Professional Attitude: Use professional and polite language
• Detailed Quotation: Provide clear product specifications and pricing information
• Proactive Communication: Ask about the buyer's specific needs and budget
• Stay in Touch: Follow up regularly, but don't over-disturb

Suggestions for buyers to improve getting replies:

• Detailed Description: Clearly state requirements, quantity, specifications
• Provide Accurate Contact: Ensure email and phone are correct
• Show Sincerity: Explain purchasing plan and timeline

We do not provide:

All transaction details (price, contract, payment, logistics, etc.) are negotiated and handled by both buyers and sellers on their own.

No. The Free Listing package is completely free — after our review, your company will be listed in the verified supplier pool with a company profile card.

Our team reviews every application within 1-3 business days:

• If More Info Is Needed: We will contact you to complete or correct your application

Yes. You can upgrade from Free Listing to Standard or Premium at any time:

1. Contact our team through the Contact Us page
2. Tell us your company name and the package you would like
3. Our team will confirm the details with you by email

Note: Your existing listing and profile information will be kept when you upgrade.
